配料:油盐 干辣椒 生抽 老抽 料酒 姜蒜 葱 冰糖

做法:1.鸡翅两面都划两刀,方便入味。

姜蒜葱切末,备用。

2.鸡翅焯水后洗干净。我是做了一人份的量,感觉吃的刚刚好。

焯水一定要去浮沫,然后清水洗干净鸡翅,最好晾干水分,鸡翅煎起来容易溅油。

3.煎鸡翅。防溅油小妙招:油不用太多,油热后关火,然后把鸡翅平铺,盖上锅盖,再开中火煎到两面金黄。

4.鸡翅煎好后,放入姜蒜末,干辣椒,生抽、老抽、料酒、盐,翻炒均匀。

接着放入一碗水,没过鸡翅。大火烧开后,转小火焖煮15分钟。

5.最后大火收汁,撒上葱末盛盘。
